If you receive a damaged or wrong order, or there is an issue with the product itself, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get on it right away!
Depending on the situation, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to you. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
